Refund & Returns Policy
At CBTR Opticians, every pair of glasses is carefully selected and made to order. As such, we approach refunds and returns slightly differently to standard retail.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of collection or delivery and we will always do our best to resolve the issue.
For prescription eyewear, we offer a remake or adjustment service to ensure your glasses are comfortable and your vision is exactly as it should be. Due to the bespoke nature of prescription lenses, refunds are not typically offered unless the product is found to be faulty.
Each prescription lens order is individually manufactured using advanced digital lens technology in the UK. Production typically begins within approximately 2 hours of the order being placed. As a result, once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or changes are not usually possible.
Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition.
If a product is faulty, we will of course repair, replace or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Online Sales (Non-Prescription Eyewear & Misc Products)
For online purchases, including REACT sports sunglasses and other non-prescription eyewear, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery under UK distance selling regulations.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
We recommend trying performance eyewear in person where possible, and demo pairs are available in store to ensure the best fit and experience before purchase.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. However, for prescription eyewear, once lens production has begun, cancellations are not possible due to the bespoke nature of the product.
